Coordinator / Client Services

Intro

As a Client Services Manager, you are a self-starter that can find creative solutions to complex problems and bring new ideas to our growing team. In this position you will work closely with the Client Services Team and report directly to the Vice President / Client Services in ensuring success for our client across a variety of areas: Land Use & Development, Oil & Gas, Energy & environmental, Water & Natural Resources, Transportation & Infrastructure, Local Government and Political.

 

Ideal candidates are looking to be involved in Public Relations, Government Affairs, Communications, Marketing, and Political Campaigns.

About the Position

  • Be a confident, self-starter that is always looking to grow

  • Coordinate and project manage special initiatives

  • Be a strong communicator in collaboration, strategy and innovation

  • Provide and present research to the executive team

  • Lead other members of the Client Services Team

  • Engage communities and stakeholders on key public policy issues

  • Conduct outreach activities on the phone, in person and, and at events to inform, engage, and activate project supporters, stakeholders, and influencers

  • Excellent written and verbal communicator

  • Excellent user of and have an understanding of technology

  • Be able to jump into new situations comfortably

 

About the Experience & Skills Needed

  • Background in communications

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Experience in writing in varied voices and tone

  • A record of developing and implementing strategies and plans

  • Ability to navigate public policy issues and develop a strong understanding of said issues

  • Creative and goal-oriented mindset

  • Be able to stay focused in a flexible and free environment

  • Manage tight deadlines

 

About Other Requirements

This is a part-time position. Travel may be required as well as consistent and reliable attendance. The interview process is a three-step process that includes phone interviews, in-person interviews, as well as an assessment process. Be prepared to provide references and participate in a background check.
