Manager / Operations

Intro

As Operations Manager, you are a self-starter that can find creative solutions to complex problems and bring new ideas to our growing team. In this position you will work closely with our entire team and report directly to the President in ensuring success for our company and clients by managing a variety of programs, including client and vendor contracts, insurance, human resources, cash management, software services and general office operations.

 

Ideal candidates are highly organized, with background in basic office management applications.

About the Experience & Skills Needed

  • Background in bookkeeping, accounting, or general business operations

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • Xero (or other) accounting platform experience preferred

  • Strong MS Excel skill required

  • Goal-oriented mindset

  • Be able to stay focused in a flexible and free environment

  • Manage tight deadlines

  • Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
