The SWCLC initiated a continuation of a monitoring and tracking program of federal, state and local issues as they relate to their membership and the business community as a whole.

Rincon worked collaboratively with local partners and the Smart Coast CA team to create compelling video imagery and interviews that won the praise of our client and their targeted audience.

Shea Homes
Public Affairs Consulting
Shea Homes proposed an age-restricted community in Camarillo. The community brought forth concerns and Rincon was hired to educate and engage key stakeholders in the community.

Casitas Municipal Water District
Public Affairs Consulting
Low lake levels as a result of the severe drought in the Casitas Municipal Water District had been causing public concern. We launched a campaign to educate key stakeholders and the public about water security.

SAGE was formed by stakeholders in the agricultural heart of the Central Coast, the Salinas Valley to educate and advocate on agriculture and energy issues. Rincon developed the brand and organization from the ground up and provides strategic direction and leads engagement to advocate for rural economic policies on behalf of industry stakeholders.

Ventura Chamber PAC
Political Strategy
Engaging in three Ventura City Council races, the Ventura Chamber PAC Board hired Rincon to deliver a winning strategy to provide outside assistance for candidates. With a robust approach to mail, digital and a field program, all three candidates saw victory.

Janice Parvin for Ventura County Supervisor
Political Strategy
Moorpark Mayor, Janice Parvin, hired Rincon to develop a political strategy to navigate a crowded primary. Janice received the most votes, beating out two candidates endorsed by their respective political parties. She went on to win the November run-off election to become the next County Supervisor.

Jason Gibbs for Santa Clarita City Council
Political Strategy
Jason hired Rincon to launch a strategic election campaign to win in a very competitive race in Los Angeles County's 3rd largest City.

Randy Rowse for Santa Barbara Mayor
Mail & Digital
Randy Rowse ran against the incumbent Mayor, an entrenched Democrat party candidate with big support from the Democratic Central Committee, as the only non-Democrat. We built and executed a strategic direct mail and digital marketing plan to pushed Randy to victory.

Jeff Gorell for Ventura County Supervisor
Voter Targeted Digital Advertising
Rincon developed and executed a digital advertising strategy that targeted key voting groups. Through the use of social media, display and AI targeted video ads, Jeff made it through the primary and the run-off November election to become a County Supervisor.

Measure O - A Ventura County Ballot Measure
Political Strategy
Measure O was a ballot measure proposing land use changes and a pilot program for cultivation in Ventura County. Rincon crafted the strategy to qualify the citizens measure at the start of COVID in spring 2020, when signature gathering was near impossible, and then steered the election to victory in November.

Dawn Rowe for San Bernardino County Supervisor
Voter-Targeted Digital Advertising
Dawn was likely to face a runoff election in a competitive, multi-candidate environment. Rincon was hired to conduct polling and craft a digital campaign and targeted voter contact efforts to boost Dawn in the Primary and get her across the finish line with over 50% in June in a field of 9 total candidates.
